Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support client care in the community, working under the direction of the Registered Nurse and in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the duties associated with the Long Term Care Case Management Program, including supporting the Long Term Care Case Managers.
  • Perform a variety of tasks to support client care, including administrative and clinical duties.
Requirements
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to deal with others effectively.
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
  • Ability to organize work.
  • Ability to operate related equipment.
