About the Role

Premium Insulation Ltd. is seeking an experienced Insulation Supervisor to join our team. As an Insulation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train workers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure that they are within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that workers are aware of and comply with these regulations.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
