Job Title: Senior Salesforce Application Architect

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Application Architect to join our delivery team. As a key member of our Agile Release Train, you will be responsible for developing architecture and integration solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Salesforce architecture and integration solutions
  • Define project scope, plans, and deliverables, including cost and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
  • Evaluate and prioritize features and epics from an architecture standpoint
  • Approve architectural designs and ensure they align with Salesforce best practices
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in IT architecture and planning
  • Ability to produce IT solutions independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with one or more architecture and service delivery frameworks (TOGAF, eTOM, ITIL, CoBiT, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
  • Understanding of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and triggers
  • Salesforce Communications Cloud expertise, including Marketing Cloud for email marketing, automation, and customer journey mapping
  • Knowledge of Interaction Studio for personalization and engagement
  • HTML and CSS familiarity for email template customization
  • Scripting language proficiency for dynamic content and personalization
  • SQL understanding for data manipulation and retrieval within Marketing Cloud
  • API integration skills using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Automation knowledge, including automation triggered sends
  • Data management skills, including segmentation, cleansing, and synchronization between Salesforce and other data sources
  • Reporting and analytics skills, including creating reports and dashboards to track performance and customer engagement
  • Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide solutions
Nice to Have:
  • Salesforce certifications related to Marketing Cloud
Benefits:
  • 37.5 hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with up to 5 days onsite per week
  • Hourly contract pay rate: $75 to $88 per hour
