Transformative Salesforce Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to spearhead the modernization and standardization of our Salesforce org. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into innovative technical solutions.
  • Drive initiatives to modernize and standardize our Salesforce org, aligning it with industry best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement the latest Salesforce features and technologies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our Salesforce implementation.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, mentoring them on best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce architecture.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall Salesforce strategy, aligning Salesforce solutions with broader business goals and objectives.
  • Perform hands-on development and customization of Salesforce solutions when necessary, staying updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
  • Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and external applications, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce development and deployment best practices, ensuring compliance with security and data governance policies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and deployment guides.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.
  • Salesforce certifications, including Certified Application Architect and Certified System Architect.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside of Quebec or unilingual English-speaking on a daily basis.
