Job Title: Systems Analyst

Cleo Consulting is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing supplemental workforce support for the Mid-Range team, including daily support and administration of Mid-Range solutions, supplemental support on Splunk, and assessing incidents raised that relate to the Mid-Range environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supplemental workforce support for the Mid-Range team
  • Daily support and administration of Mid-Range solutions

  • Review logs from various Mid-Range systems and recommend appropriate actions to remediate any issues or problems found within the logs
  • Perform required updates and maintenance routines as directed

  • Ensure the development of systems documentation and operational procedures
