Must Have
- Experience in financial/accounting roles.
- Full cycle accounts payable experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains.

- This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Track and assess the status of requisitions and orders.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels and budget status weekly.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing documentation and reports.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding any issues or inquiries.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors.
- Review requisition orders for accuracy and compliance.
- Handle accounts payable tasks, including posting receivables, managing invoices and purchase orders, and performing reconciliations.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
