  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a production-oriented environment as a parts specialist, ideally in maintenance.

  • You thrive in a dynamic environment with constantly shifting priorities.

Must Have

  • Experience in financial/accounting roles.
  • Full cycle accounts payable experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains.
  • Proficient in Excel.

  • This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Track and assess the status of requisitions and orders.
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels and budget status weekly.
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing documentation and reports.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding any issues or inquiries.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors.
  • Review requisition orders for accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle accounts payable tasks, including posting receivables, managing invoices and purchase orders, and performing reconciliations.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.
