Position Overview:
We are seeking a Personal Insurance Advisor to enhance our Personal Insurance team. This role is essential in delivering outstanding service to our clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address ongoing client inquiries, provide guidance on insurance options, and conduct thorough needs assessments.
  • Generate new business by selling policies to both existing and prospective clients while maintaining a strong portfolio of current accounts.
  • Engage in proactive outreach through calls and communications to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with Underwriters and Adjusters to ensure compliance with policy guidelines.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for insurance applications, issue certificates, and process policy changes.
  • Stay informed about underwriting standards and operational processes.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance professional skills.
  • Engage in community marketing efforts to promote our services.

Qualifications:
We welcome candidates who possess the following attributes:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Experience in sales is advantageous.
  • Preferred Level 1 General license.
  • Familiarity with Epic software is beneficial.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background and credit check.
