About the Role

Foilcon is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and analyzing activities related to Provincial Client Registry (PCR), Monitoring and Control Application (MCTA), Provincial Consent Override Interface (PCOI), and Consent Management Technology Asset (CMTA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage electronic health-related projects, with a focus on deploying clinical software systems.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and management.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct business requirements definition and implementation, with a focus on healthcare information systems and data workflows.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and document requirements for PCR, MCTA, PCOI, and CMTA integration with the Immunization Registry.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Provide knowledge transfer to the Ontario Health team before the end of the engagement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of business analyst experience in electronic health-related projects, ideally with experience deploying clinical software systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and manage conflict.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare information systems, data workflows, and client identification types.
Deliverables
  • Integrated Project Plan: Contribute to the development of an integrated project plan reflecting timelines and deliverables for the Provincial Client Registry Alignment workstream.
  • Requirements Definition: Define requirements for PCR, MCTA, PCOI, and CMTA integration with the Immunization Registry.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Provide knowledge transfer to the Ontario Health team before the end of the engagement.
