- Financial Transactions: Authorize payments and manage returns of merchandise effectively.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring the availability of products.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
- Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain a positive shopping experience.
Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting is preferred.
Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a rural area and involves working approximately 30 hours per week. The primary language of communication in the workplace is English.
