Job Title: Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at 2525121Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting our Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring that all dietary requirements are met.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked at all times.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is running efficiently.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff as needed, ensuring that the kitchen is well-staffed at all times.
  • Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring that all events are well-planned and executed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
