We are seeking an exceptional Senior Scientist – Pharmacokinetics to join our team at AbCellera. As a key member of our bioanalytical team, you will play a critical role in advancing our understanding of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics in antibody-based medicines.
Key Responsibilities- Predict and verify appropriate dosing regimens to demonstrate antibody PK/PD relationships across various drug targets and disease areas.
- Develop bioanalytical strategies and establish methods for protein therapeutics that are stage-appropriate.
- Run pharmacokinetics studies to support antibody design and assessment.
- Design and execute in vivo PK data packages tailored for individual programs.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to generate and interpret data.
- Train and mentor junior scientists.
- Evaluate new technology and test new models to better predict human illness.
- Report findings to our teams and partners to support data-driven decision making.
- Proven track record of building and interpreting bioanalytical datasets for antibodies.
- Expertise in designing PK studies and conducting PK/PD data analysis using WinNonlin or similar software.
- PhD in Biology, Pharmacology, or related discipline with 5-8 years of experience in an industry setting; or MSc with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
AbCellera offers a competitive salary range of CAD $110,000 - $137,600 annually, commensurate with your education and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we offer equity, annual bonus, and comprehensive health benefits.
