Triple O's is a premium quick-service restaurant based in BC, renowned for its mouthwatering award-winning burgers, fresh-cut Kennebec fries, signature Triple "O" Sauce, and premium hand-scooped milkshakes. As a Team Supervisor at Triple O's, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Management Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily shifts while actively engaging with the team
- Managing guest interactions
- Training and mentoring team members
- Upholding the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety
- Handling administrative duties
- Opening or closing the establishment as required
Ideal candidates will possess previous supervisory or leadership experience, a passion for service excellence, and a commitment to quality. A solid understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial documents is essential, along with a comprehensive knowledge of Food Safe and WorkSafe regulations. Candidates should also have experience in training and developing team members, strong communication and interpersonal skills, high energy and enthusiasm, and a dedication to ongoing learning and improvement. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are necessary.
