Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Practitioner to join our team at Easton Place Clinic Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Consultation and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health, and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Medication and Treatment: Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed, and provide patients with clear instructions and guidance.
  • Preventative Care: Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases, and provide advice on health care and wellness.
  • Patient Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, providing support and guidance to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
  • Co-ordination of Care: Co-ordinate or manage primary patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Hold a College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP) and a Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC).
  • Licenses: Be licensed by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Education: Possess a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
