Job Title: Senior Brand and Digital Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand and Digital Designer to join our team at q30 design inc. in Toronto.

Job Summary:

The Senior Brand and Digital Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing creative design solutions across mobile and desktop platforms, as well as brand creation and application and editorial assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute design concepts that meet the strategic ambitions of our clients
  • Collaborate with the VP Executive Creative Director, VP Brand, and VP Digital to fulfill client and self-initiated projects
  • Supervise intermediate and junior designers, as well as third-party suppliers
  • Liaise directly with clients to take briefs, feedback, and present creative concepts

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of agency or design studio experience
  • Experience translating brands into digital, print, and editorial experiences
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong typographic skills
  • Experience designing responsive websites and working with a UX and development team
  • Comfortable utilizing Figma for digital design and prototyping
  • Advance knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Strong knowledge of UI and UX design
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resourceful and able to make something from nothing or execute design engagements using existing brand standards
  • Excellent data visualization ability
  • Working knowledge of AODA requirements
  • Animation and motion graphics experience considered an asset
