Framing Team Lead

As a Framing Manager at Michaels, you will lead a team of framers in creating exceptional customer experiences while delivering high-quality custom framing solutions. Your expertise in custom framing and sales will drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coach a team of framers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive custom framing sales and revenue growth.
- Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Partner with Store Managers to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
- Participate in performance management activities and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
- Retail management experience and leadership skills are essential.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Framing Manager at Michaels, you will work in a public retail store setting, interacting with customers and team members in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes and frames, and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
