About the Role

EHN Canada is a leading provider of mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment services. We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trauma-focused interventions to improve client functioning and progress.
  • Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage clients with various mental health issues, including trauma, mood, and anxiety disorders.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify treatment goals and objectives.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver education sessions to clients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counselling, Social Work, Psychotherapy, or Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration in good standing with a professional body.
  • 3 years of practical experience in a related field.
  • Experience facilitating group programs/therapy.
  • Knowledge of cognitive processing therapy and trauma-informed care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
