Job Description

Forward Security Inc is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Recruit staff
  • Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in software development and IT project management
  • Computer and technology knowledge
  • Agile
  • Development and operations (DevOps)
  • Jira
  • Computer programming
  • Development of computer applications
  • Programming languages
  • Programming software
  • Software quality assurance
Work Environment

Forward Security Inc is a private company with a general office setting. The work must be completed both in person and remotely. Relocation costs are not covered by the employer.
