- Manage high-performing teams in a mission-based culture and collaborate with boards to achieve organizational goals.
- Demonstrated track record of results, converting vision to action, and cultivating government, corporate, community, and philanthropic donor relationships.
- Experience pacing large and ambitious capital campaigns and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to represent the organization to various stakeholder communities.
