**Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Operations to lead our manufacturing and sales teams in North America. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams, with a strong background in agricultural components manufacturing and fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination, functional management, and leadership of all component service parts, sales, service/warranty, and warehouses within North America.
- Implement and develop production, product pricing, inventory planning, sales, and service strategies.
- Plan and develop sales, service, and inventory strategies.
- Analyze the current dealer network and manage all production development and sales processes.
- Control and manage promotion and incentive programs for dealers and end-users.
- Direct and control team management for both operations and sales and company divisions located in Canada and the US.
- Develop, nurture, and reinforce a culture of teamwork within the business unit at all locations.
- Manage, develop, and control cross-functional team managers.
Requirements:
- University degree or diploma in business administration or other related post-secondary education.
- Broad progressive experience with agricultural components manufacturing/fabrication.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
