About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to fill the newly created Vice President, Supply Chain role at Activate Games. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our supply chain strategy to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify cost optimization strategies and implement cost-effective solutions for supply chain and purchasing processes.
  • Oversee procurement and vendor selection to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and components.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years' senior leadership experience in supply chain operations.
  • Post-secondary education in planning, supply chain, and/or manufacturing.
  • Proven track record as an executive leader with expertise in supply chain management, manufacturing processes, warehouse operations, procurement, and engineering.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing projects, budgets, and costs.
