Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales-focused Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team in Barrie, Aurora, or Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you'll work on a permanent, full-time basis, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date on underwriting rules and workflow processes
  • Provide expert advice to customers, ensuring they find the right insurance solutions
  • Actively engage in training and professional development
  • Participate in community marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • High school and/or post-secondary education
  • Commercial insurance experience is an asset
  • Strong customer focus and ability to create sales leads
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • RIBO license
