**Position Vision**
You will be a key player in supporting our customers with timely deliveries and communication related to tracking.
You'll manage small parcel orders, oversee inventory, support our online store, assist with shipping and receiving, and ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain the warehouse in a clean and safe environment
- Performs other work as assigned by the Office Manager or other senior management staff
- Support shipping processes for small parcels
- Manage inventory and order management for small parts
- Oversee and manage the online store, including order processing
- Place and manage supplier orders for small parcels
- Assist the shipping team with equipment unloading by being a watchful eye
- Prepare and review packing lists for all outbound orders
- Create and manage purchase orders (PO) to suppliers for small parcels
- Follow up with couriers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks
- Record inventory and assist with general purchasing duties
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
- Collaborate with the team to prepare larger orders
- Manage online orders and store-related activities
- Separate invoicing for small part orders
- Troubleshoot issues and utilize customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customs broker on import and export shipments
- Create export declarations
- Maintain import and export compliance processes
**Ideal Qualifications**:
- Experience in shipping, inventory management, and order processing
- Education in operations, supplychain, operations or logistics
- Proficient in managing online stores and handling small parcel orders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay: $49,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
