POSITION SUMMARY

Join our team as a Retail Product Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for customers.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our merchandising team. This position involves working with a variety of well-known brands, ensuring that products are displayed effectively in retail environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure products are accurately positioned on shelves for optimal visibility.
  • Regularly adjust pricing in accordance with inventory levels and market trends.
  • Set up promotional displays and materials to attract customer attention.
  • Maintain organized and clean shelving units.
  • Implement changes to product layouts to enhance sales performance.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve the sales environment during store visits.
  • Assist in the launch of new products and educate customers on innovations.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with store personnel.
  • Document in-store activities and generate detailed reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Availability to work weekdays.
  • Morning and daytime availability is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Previous experience in merchandising is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Proficient in using mobile devices and the internet.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Energetic and motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
  • Proficient communication skills in French, both written and verbal.
