Job Summary

G Square Builders Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all necessary security and safety protocols are in place, including criminal record checks.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Maintain attention to detail and multitask effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
