Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
This role is situated in the private sector, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and enhance new administrative processes.
- Assign tasks to office support personnel.
- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Manage the administrative operations of the organization.
- Implement policies regarding the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy regulations.
- Coordinate and strategize for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervise and streamline office administrative processes.
Oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Technical Proficiency- Proficient in electronic mail and spreadsheet applications.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Manage a substantial workload effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated flexibility and organizational skills.
- Reliable and capable of multitasking.
- Excellent time management skills.
A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required. This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30 hours per week.
