About the Job

We are seeking a trustworthy and reliable nanny to join our team at Samuel Fayer. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Childcare and Education: Provide high-quality childcare and education to our children, including toilet training, household management, and light housekeeping duties.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for our children, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Household Management: Manage the household in the absence of parents, including laundry, cleaning, and organization.
  • Transportation: Take our children to and from school, appointments, and other activities as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for our children, including administering first aid and ensuring their overall well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate, Child Abuse Registry check, Child welfare check, Criminal record check, Drug test, Medical exam, Basic security clearance.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, scent-free, urban area.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, repetitive tasks, work under pressure.
