About the Role

Vasudeva Intensive Physiotherapy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our patient data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring they are accurately and efficiently processed.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Transfer: Transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Backup Procedures: Perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including creating digital records using a scanner and transferring handwritten data to Excel or Word documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with overtime required as needed.
