Job Title: Windfields Location

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at our new store in Winchester and Simcoe. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and facility maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other restaurant leaders to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with McDonald's policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of leadership experience in a quick service or full service restaurant environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
