About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at VM MOBITECH INC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Transactions: Operate cash register, process payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Merchandise Management: Assist in displaying merchandise, restock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide support and guidance to newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth and provide a supportive work environment.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and awareness to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination and create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
