Job Summary:

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including painters and decorators.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and control the quality of work, ensuring that it meets the required standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production and other reports.
  • Train or arrange for training of staff, including estimating costs and materials.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

The Construction Supervisor will work outdoors and in various locations, including construction sites and offices.
