The Social Services Centre Administrator plays a vital role in overseeing and enhancing community and social service initiatives. This temporary position offers a flexible work schedule ranging from 15 to 25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Direct and manage the implementation of social and community service programs.
- Program Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness and delivery of various community service initiatives.
- Planning and Organization: Strategically plan and organize the execution of community service programs.
- Membership Administration: Oversee the operations of membership organizations.
- NGO Program Oversight: Administer programs for non-governmental organizations focused on social issues.
- Staff Direction: Guide and support both professional and non-professional staff in their roles.
- Administrative Procedures: Establish and maintain effective administrative processes.
- Budget Management: Plan, administer, and oversee budgets for various projects and programs.
- Event Management: Coordinate and manage events effectively.
This role requires engagement with culturally diverse groups, ensuring inclusivity and representation in all programs.
Qualifications- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
- Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Social Media.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proactive and flexible in approach
- Strong interpersonal awareness and teamwork abilities
