We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Guidance Specialist to join our team at EUTON COLLEGE CORP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic guidance and support to students, parents, and teachers
  • Develop and implement guidance and counselling programs
  • Attend educational conferences and workshops to stay updated on best practices
  • Supervise teaching assistants and coordinate the provision of counselling services
  • Consult with teachers, parents, administrators, and community agencies to ensure student success
  • Conduct statistical analyses to determine the effectiveness of education policies and programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of students and programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in education or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
