Position Overview

As a Facility Sanitation Specialist at RJS CONTRACTING SERVICES, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various settings. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Duties: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively remove dirt, debris, and refuse.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers regularly.
  • Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a polished appearance.
  • Furniture Handling: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
