Job Title: Technical Director Municipal Roadway Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Director to lead our Municipal Roadway Engineering practice. As a key member of our Design and Engineering Ontario team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to expand our practice and deliver top-quality engineering projects to existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight on projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the Municipal Roadway Engineering practice, identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key clients.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
  • Collaborate with other teams within Arcadis to ensure seamless delivery of projects and effective communication with clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in consulting on large-scale and complex projects.
  • P.Eng Ontario registration.
  • Demonstrated technical, commercial, and delivery acumen.
