Packaging Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Brar Natural Flour Milling Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our packaging department.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Quality Control: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervision and Coordination: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
- Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Flour mill environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics, and reliability.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
- Duration: Permanent position.
