Electromechanical Maintenance Employee

Garant Machinerie, a family-owned company with a reputation for excellence, is seeking an electromechanical maintenance employee to join their team.

The Role:

As an electromechanical maintenance employee, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various equipment, including laser cutting machines, bending presses, and CNC bending machines. You will work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Collaboration with the team to optimize machine performance and ensure uninterrupted production
  • Ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures
Requirements:
  • DEP in electromechanical or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and automation
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Fluency in both written and oral English and French
  • Valid driver's license and availability for travel
