Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Footprints Security. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate responses with other teams.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a security-related field is an asset.
- Dental plan.

- Life insurance.
- Permanent position.
- English is the primary language of communication.
- 35 hours per week.
