Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services and user experiences for the Sophos Central platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the evolution and enhancement of IAM capabilities, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience while aligning with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy for IAM, aligning it with the overall business goals and market requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative IAM capabilities, ensuring they meet customer needs, provide robust security, and enable interoperability in our ecosystem.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies in the field of identity and access management.
  • Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring effective development.
  • Manage the IAM platform roadmap, stakeholder relationships, and release planning to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
  • Monitor performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • ~5+ years of product management or engineering experience building IAM or related products.
  • Experience preparing and presenting a technical roadmap to customer and management stakeholders.
  • Experience working within an Agile development process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
