- Provide training and coaching to sales associates to improve their skills and performance.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
