Job Title: Vice President of Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Finance to join our team at HR A la Carte. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving financial growth and profitability for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to our CEO and leadership team based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis function to ensure robust budgeting, forecasting, and effective planning processes.
  • Participate in key decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models.
  • Set financial measurement standards and develop systems to monitor and evaluate performance against strategic goals.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reductions and to improve operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, proactive relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, banking partners, external auditors, suppliers, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • CPA or CMA certification, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership within the food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or CPG environment.
  • Proven track record of supporting and driving strategic decision-making and successfully managing financial operations in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
  • Transformational agent who is comfortable working in a high-growth company and is passionate about transforming finance functions as the business evolves.
  • Proven success with building and enhancing finance and accounting processes.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, business reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in dealing with accounting systems, budgets, internal controls, auditors, administrative procedures, business planning, and asset management.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and superior analytical skills, especially in strategic financial analysis and business planning.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team.
  • Exceptional relationship developer working with organizational partners to facilitate change while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Strong project management experience, including demonstrated ability to efficiently plan, organize, and manage complex, multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to execute on a range of initiatives and inspire organizational change.
  • Ability to see the big picture and align performance to the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and excel in the dynamic environment of a rapidly growing company with a national supply chain and distribution.
