About the Role:

Elevate RS is seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing investment strategies to maximize portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute investment strategies to optimize portfolio returns
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for potential investments
  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of real estate assets
  • Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
  • Communicate with investors and provide regular updates on portfolio performance
  • Assess and manage risks associated with the portfolio

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in real estate property management
  • Knowledge of real estate rental market, construction cost control, and basic accounting
  • Knowledge of property management portals and Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Landlord Tenant Board

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $47,523.18-$55,000.00 per year
  • Bonus pay and overtime pay

  • 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 5 years of property management experience (required)
