About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and identify opportunities for potential investments.
  • Manage Real Estate Assets: Oversee a portfolio of real estate assets, ensuring their optimal performance and value.
  • Conduct Financial Analysis: Perform thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
  • Communicate with Investors: Provide regular updates on portfolio performance to investors, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Risk Management: Assess and manage risks associated with the portfolio, ensuring its stability and growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in real estate property management.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate rental markets, construction cost control, and basic accounting principles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management portals and Microsoft Suite.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act and Landlord Tenant Board.
