Join Our Team as an Asset Protection Representative

Responsabilités
  • Détecter et prévenir les vols et les fraudes dans nos magasins
  • Collaborer avec d'autres représentants de la protection des actifs pour enquêter sur les cas de vol ou de fraude
  • Collaborer régulièrement avec les services de police locaux
  • Détecter et enquêter sur les cas de vol interne; compiler et présenter des preuves pour le but de la cour ou de l'arbitrage
  • Détecter et identifier les opportunités de perte potentielle dans notre noyau opérationnel
  • Bâtir et maintenir des partenariats avec les magasins grâce aux réunions de gestion et aux huddles; former et conseiller les collègues sur les politiques et procédures de la protection des actifs
  • Participer à des audits au niveau des magasins
  • Participer à des événements communautaires
  • Être disponible pour travailler à différents horaires, y compris jours, soirs, nuits et week-ends (40 heures de travail par semaine)
Compétences requises
  • Compréhension de base du Code criminel du Canada, de la Loi sur les troubles à autrui et des pouvoirs d'arrestation et des systèmes de surveillance CCTV et/ou
  • Initiative et intégrité élevés requises pour réussir dans un environnement dynamique
