About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and knowledge in vehicle maintenance and repair. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on customer and dealership vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic vehicle care and maintenance, including oil changes, lubrication work, filter replacement, and tire rotation/replacement
  • Communicate with the Service Advisor and Shop Foreman to provide updates regarding vehicle status
  • Document all vehicle repair and maintenance performed, on the repair order
  • Road test vehicles, as required

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Lube/Tire Technician
  • Post-Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and strategic
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • Desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Proven commitment to quality of work
