Clinical Planner, Regional Medical Imaging
Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a skilled Clinical Planner, Regional Medical Imaging to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing designated initiatives across the health authority.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical project coordination for designated projects at Vancouver Coastal Health
- Lead planning processes to identify specific needs within the project and in relation to other areas of health
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic initiatives identified for implementation
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and managers throughout Vancouver Coastal Health to ensure VCH-wide plans meet standards to be implemented across the health authority
- Research and recommend policies and practices to support care delivery models that are specific to the project/initiative
- Develop and complete an action research/evaluation process to gather and share expertise for incorporation into plans within Vancouver Coastal Health
- Manage the transition of assigned projects through the development state and ensure the transition of the management of these to the identified responsible Manager
- Masters Degree in a health-related discipline
- Five years recent experience related to the designated initiative or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
