Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor at TransportCity Service Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily store activities and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Oversee and guide a team of employees, including apprentices and temporary staff.
  • Task Delegation: Assign specific duties to sales personnel to optimize workflow.
