We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Richmond Centre store. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
    • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
  • Operations
    • Oversee store visual merchandising, maintenance, and pricing standards to ensure a compelling shopping environment.
    • Implement and execute standard operating procedures to drive efficiency and productivity.
    • Manage inventory control, loss prevention, and cash handling to minimize shrinkage and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve sales, customer service, and operational skills.
  • Leadership
    • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
    • Develop and maintain a high-performing team through effective communication, coaching, and recognition.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in retail software systems.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $67,200 to $100,800, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
