Key Responsibilities- Customer Service

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
- Operations
- Oversee store visual merchandising, maintenance, and pricing standards to ensure a compelling shopping environment.
- Implement and execute standard operating procedures to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory control, loss prevention, and cash handling to minimize shrinkage and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Training and Development
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve sales, customer service, and operational skills.
- Leadership
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team through effective communication, coaching, and recognition.
- 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in retail software systems.
We offer a competitive salary range of $67,200 to $100,800, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
