Key Responsibilities
  • Package purchases for customers for delivery or shipment
  • Assist customers with their purchases to their vehicles
  • Retrieve items from shelves or stockroom as requested
  • Guide customers to locate desired products
  • Unpack and organize received products, ensuring accurate counts
  • Maintain an up-to-date computerized inventory system
  • Order and record incoming stock
  • Organize and stock shelves and display areas
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of stock
  • Price items accurately using stamps or stickers
  • Implement protective measures to prevent theft
  • Process electronic orders from warehouse stock
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping
  • Handle electronic transactions using computer systems
  • Operate cash registers and other equipment
  • Utilize electric pallet jacks and forklifts as needed
  • Pick orders efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service
