**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Pharmacist to work in our pharmacy department, providing exceptional patient care and services to our customers. As a Pharmacist with our company, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
  • Maintain inventory within the pharmacy, ensuring that we have the necessary medications and supplies to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the pharmacy industry, including new medications and clinical opportunities.
  • Provide private consultations to our patients, maintaining a patient-centred care culture and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Offer clinical services, including medication management and health screening, to support the health and well-being of our customers.

**Requirements**

  • A Canadian Pharmacist licence and good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Injection certification.
  • Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
  • Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
  • The ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge when required.
  • Additional training or certifications (considered an asset).
