About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Taekwondo Coach to join our team at Endurance Taekwondo Inc. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading our athletes to success in competitive events and games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions to enhance athletes' skills and performance.
  • Motivation and Preparation: Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games, ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
  • Prospect Evaluation: Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance, identifying potential talent and developing plans for their development.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Security and Safety: A criminal record check is mandatory.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The ability to stand for extended periods and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, organization, and teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
